Shipping policy
We aim to process and dispatch your order as fast as possible. While in most cases this will happen within 12-72 hours, it can take up to 5 business days, depending on what is ordered. In some cases, like during peak season and holiday periods, it may take longer. Shipping and processing times are a guide only, not a guarantee.
Delivery will usually be made within 5-7 business days except for some international deliveries where you will be advised of expected delivery times.
Where there is a lead time for manufacture, we will contact you to confirm dates.
Shipped goods will be left at a place deemed suitable by couriers, typically at your front door. If you need to sign for the parcel, please indicate this in the delivery instructions when completing your order address.

All charges are in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise.
International Shipping
Some Goods available on this site may be restricted in your country. It is your responsibility to comply with such restrictions.
Lost or Damaged Goods
Risk of any loss, damage or deterioration of or to the Goods passes to the Buyer on delivery (as determined in accordance with clause 3).
The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller has a security interest under the Personal Property Securities Act 1999 (‘PPSA’) in all the Goods supplied by the Seller together with any debts owing to the Buyer from the sale by the Seller of those Goods and any subsequent monies collected from such a sale.
The Buyer waives its rights under the PPSA to receive a copy of any verification statement and any financing change statement.
Free Shipping for orders over $300 Terms and Conditions
We offer free shipping for all orders over $300 within New Zealand, excluding the Chatham Islands, as well as any orders containing dangerous goods, oversized/bulky items (anything larger than 30cm x 30cm or heavier than 5kg), life rafts and pick up only items.

Dangerous Goods
Products classed as dangerous goods include flares, CO2 canisters by themselves (refills) and items containing lithium batteries such as EPRIBs and PLBs.
Outboard Motors
